• ¾ cup sugar
• ¼ cup water
• 1 baby watermelon, peeled and chopped
• 1-2 Tablespoons lime juice
Combine sugar and water in small saucepan and cook until sugar dissolves. Cool. In blender, combine watermelon, sugar water, and lime juice. Puree and adjust sweetness if necessary. Chil thoroughly and freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer directions.
