“I used 1 Asian pear and 1 of the smallish/medium sized apples I got in the last bushel. Preheat oven to 450. Let a sheet of Pepperidge farm pastry dough defrost on a parchment lined bake sheet. Cut fruit. Fold edges of of pastry and crimp around all edges with the tines of a fork. Crumble about 4 oz of goat cheese. Lay out all the fruit. Sprinkle with 2 Tbs sugar. Pop in the oven for about 15-20 min. Chop one sprig of rosemary. Pull tart from oven. Sprinkle tart with rosemary, crack a lil black pepper, and drizzle with honey. Put back in oven for 5 min. Optional: brush edges with melted butter.”
