Air Fryer Baked Egg In Avocado

  1. Cut avocados in half and remove the seed. You may want to carve out a little extra meat to make space for the egg. You can also cut the base so they are stable.
  2. Place avocados face up on a cutting board
  3. Crack 1 egg into the avocado, making sure to keep the yolk intact
  4. Air-Fry for 12-15 minutes on 400*, or until eggs are the desired temperature
  5. Optional: Sprinkle with parsley, cheese or hot sauce
