Fig & Mint Crostini

 

• 6 ripe figs
• ciabatta bread, cut into slices, brushed with olive oil & toasted or grilled
• 1 bunch mint
• olive oil
• balsamic vinegar
• sliced prosciutto (optional)
Cut figs into halves or wedges. Place on costini with optional prosciutto, sprinkle with chopped mint and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
