Spaghetti with Arugula & Home-Dried Tomatoes

1 pound spaghetti

1 bunch arugula

dried tomatoes, slivered

2 cloves garlic

olive oil

salt & pepper

grated parmesan

While pasta is boiling, saute garlic and tomatoes in a big splash of olive oil. Chop arugula and place in a large bowl. When pasta is ready, reserve a cup of cooking water and drain. Toss pasta in bowl with arugula and pour oil, garlic, and tomatoes on top with a splash of pasta cooking water. Throw in a handful of grated parmesan and toss.
