Smoked Salmon Pasta with Arugula & Garlic Magic

  1. Cook linguine to al dente and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, lightly sauté tomatoes and fennel in olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add Farmhouse Kitchen Garlic Magic and Vital Choice Hot Smoked Salmon to the pan. Turn off heat and add pasta to the salmon and veggies.
  4. Top with a squeeze of lemon and glug of olive oil. Toss salmon, noodles, fennel, and tomatoes until well mixed. Add arugula while noodles are still warm to lightly wilt the greens. Season with salt and pepper, serve, and enjoy!
